The management of Gambeta Groupe of which Burnsley Technologies is one its subsidiaries attended the FIDIC 2016.  Our Group Managing Director, Engr. G.C. Okoroma FNSE, FNICE, FNIHE, JP was elected as a member of the GAMA (FIDIC Group of African Member Associations)  Executive Committee (ExCo) where he will serve for the period of 4 years.

This gathering gave us an excellent opportunity to meet and greet the decision makers of major consulting engineering firms, CEOs, international institution’s representatives and delegates from over 80 different countries that attended the FIDIC conference.

The conference had in attendance some successful engineers like Mr. Geoff French, Mr. James Mwangi, Dr. Michele Kruger, Dr. Nelson Ogunshakin, and other well renowned engineers. The event was filled with lots of glitz and glamour, such as the Gala Dinner evening celebrated at the sumptuous Beldi Country Club of Marrakesh. The presentation of FIDIC Awards 2016 was one of the highlights of the Gala programme where the most innovative engineering projects of the year were recognised.
