The ASIS African Security Conference 2019 held at Novotel hotel in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on the 25th and 26th of July, 2019. The conference hosted a lot of big names in the security industry. Among the delegates were the former President of Nigeria Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the acting chairman EFCC Ibrahim Magu, the director West Africa at Control risk Timothy Cox along sides other stakeholders.  

The conference focused on combating the growing security threats in Africa’s new global economy. Former President of Nigeria, while giving a keynote address stressed the importance charting a new course towards sustainable peace and development.
